If stock is available at 830 Bay Ave:
- Orders placed by 1:00 pm EST are shipped the same day from our store (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST are shipped the following business day (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).
If stock is not available at 830 Bay Ave:
- After order is placed, the product will be ordered through our suppliers and shipped to our store (830 Bay Ave). Additional lead time of 3 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders are shipped out to customers once we receive the product.
- If the product is on backorder through our suppliers, then we'll notify you via email & refund you.
